> **Pros**: Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. The customer support is fantastic and is always helping us with any questions we need answered.

> **Cons**: As great as all the integration is with Stok.ly, my only minor issue is the lack of integration with TikTok shop, meaning I have to manually place orders, which isn't the most detrimental issue in the world, however, it is a minor inconvenience

> **Pros**: As a multi-brand distributor holding stock across more than one location, the multi-location inventory visibility is the biggest win for us. The warehouse stock app has made our pick, pack and dispatch noticeably faster, and barcode scanning has improved inventory accuracy across sites. The automation around purchasing and stock transfers saves real admin time, and sales order processing for our trade accounts is far cleaner than what we had before. Having ecommerce, courier and accounting integrations in one platform means we're not stitching separate tools together.

> **Cons**: It isn't the most hand-holding system on day one. There's a learning curve to getting sales channels and customer records set up correctly, and a few tasks are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. Once it's configured properly it's solid, and support has been responsive when we've needed them, but it's worth investing the time up front to get the setup right.

It replaced a setup of spreadsheets and disconnected systems that couldn't scale, and gave us real inventory control and automation across multiple brands and locations. ### "Thousands spent, months wasted, and ultimately nothing solved" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: The strongest positive from our experience was the effort made by one individual involved in our implementation, who genuinely tried to help us resolve the problems we were encountering. However, he worked for Pivotal, an external company involved in the implementation, rather than Stok.ly itself.&#10;&#10;Beyond that, it is difficult for me to identify a meaningful positive from our experience with the product. The concept of bringing inventory, warehouse and Shopify operations into one central system was exactly what we wanted, which is why we invested in Stok.ly in the first place. Unfortunately, the implementation did not deliver those benefits for our business.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, almost every area that mattered to our business became a source of frustration.&#10;&#10;We paid approximately £400 per month plus £1,500 for onboarding, yet encountered problems, limitations or missing functionality involving Shopify cost-price synchronisation, SKU creation, product/listing behaviour, B2B/pricing, Android warehouse workflows, bin-guided picking, stock processes, labels/customs information and Royal Mail Click \&amp; Drop.&#10;&#10;The user interface was another significant issue. We found it cluttered and unintuitive, with relatively basic tasks taking more effort than expected. Shopify order references did not flow through in a way that gave us the clear traceability we required, making records harder to relate back to the originating Shopify transactions.&#10;&#10;Rather than reducing administration, we spent substantial amounts of our own time testing, troubleshooting, explaining requirements and developing workarounds.&#10;&#10;We also felt the £1,500 onboarding and training did not justify its cost. ClickUp was introduced for implementation management but, from our perspective, was barely utilised effectively.&#10;&#10;The experience became considerably worse when we eventually concluded Stok.ly was unsuitable for our business and attempted to leave. Stok.ly relied on its contractual notice provisions and refused to release us.&#10;&#10;The subsequent senior-management communications were, in my opinion, confrontational and dismissive. The dispute ultimately escalated to the point where we were told the outstanding amount would be pursued through the Small Claims Court. We have retained the correspondence relating to this.&#10;&#10;After spending thousands of pounds and months trying to make the implementation work, facing the prospect of court proceedings over further payment when we attempted to leave was an extremely disappointing conclusion.&#10;&#10;For us, Stok.ly represented very poor value for money. Instead of making our operation more efficient, it consumed months of time, created additional work and ultimately failed to deliver the operational improvements for which we purchased it.&#10;&#10;Had we known before signing what we knew by the end, we would not have proceeded.

Even basic traceability could be unnecessarily difficult, including relating records in Stok.ly back to recognisable Shopify order references.&#10;&#10;Rather than reducing administration, a substantial amount of our time was consumed by testing, troubleshooting, explaining requirements and developing workarounds.&#10;&#10;We were also deeply disappointed with the onboarding experience considering its £1,500 cost. ClickUp was introduced to manage implementation but, from our perspective, was barely utilised effectively. Ironically, the individual we felt made the greatest effort to help us was from Pivotal, an external company involved in the implementation, rather than Stok.ly itself.&#10;&#10;Eventually we concluded that Stok.ly simply wasn't suitable for our business and attempted to leave.&#10;&#10;Unfortunately, this became one of the worst parts of the entire experience. Stok.ly relied upon its contractual notice provisions and refused to release us. In my opinion, subsequent communications with senior management became confrontational and dismissive rather than acknowledging why we had reached this point.&#10;&#10;The dispute ultimately escalated to the point where we were told that the outstanding amount would be pursued through the Small Claims Court. We have retained the correspondence relating to this.&#10;&#10;After spending thousands of pounds and months genuinely trying to make the implementation successful, being faced with the prospect of court proceedings over further payment when we finally tried to leave was an extraordinary and extremely disappointing conclusion to the relationship.&#10;&#10;By the end, we felt Stok.ly had achieved the opposite of what we purchased it to do. Instead of simplifying our operation, it added complexity, consumed substantial management and staff time and cost us thousands of pounds without delivering the operational improvements we required.&#10;&#10;Had we known before signing what we knew by the end, we would never have proceeded.&#10;&#10;Based entirely on our own documented experience, I could not recommend Stok.ly to another retailer. Anyone considering it should insist on seeing every business-critical workflow demonstrated end-to-end, get important requirements confirmed in writing and read the termination provisions extremely carefully before signing.

Thank you\[sensitive content hidden\] for all your help. the back office is really clean and easy to navigate. our team have found it easy to adopt. reports are very flexible and powerful once they are setup. the handhelds for the warehouse are really easy to use and have reduced pick errors to almost zero overnight. the team find goods in and put away quick and easy. the inventory system has been great for sales who can see what is available, what is pre-allocated and what is incoming and when. its joined up our business and been a great step forward for us.

> **Cons**: not much tbh, ePos occasionally needs a reset but that is minimal fuss and sometimes the handhled, but they are very minor issues and quick to fix

> Stok.ly revolutionised our inventory management. before stok.ly we didnt have real control, but these days, all the team work from the same system and our inventory is accurate. goods in is quick with handhleds and our shopify is always up to date. we probably save 1 employee having stok.ly so it pays for itself
