A User-Friendly and Customer-Focussed Tool
Comments: Overall it's been an extremely positive experience and I would certainly recommend SignWell as a more cost-effective alternative to other digital signage platforms.
Pros:
I like the simple user interface and intuitive nature of the product! Very straightforward and easy to navigate.
Cons:
It would be nice to be able to upload multiple documents for individual signature at once without them merging into one large document (although perhaps this is already possible and I haven't figured it out yet).
Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Comments: Very happy so far. The sign up process was straightforward. The lifelong free plan gives you a real opportunity to test if it will work for you and your needs. Well done. Keep going.
Pros:
Very simple to use. Great value - not extortionate pricing like the big players. Does exactly what it says on the tin. You could easily call SimplySignWell.
Cons:
Nothing yet. I'd change this question to "what could we improve?". I would then say an app for the future might be useful.

Comments: A simple and convenient tool when you just need to put your signature without a pen. Does not match the high-level electronic signature offered by DocuSign and my country's (Latvia) electronic signature, which includes a time and location stamp, as well as an identification number for each signature.

Comments: Superb! A pleasure to work with compared to competitors who offer more expensive products with lesser support models. Excited to continue our journey with SignWell
Pros:
The platform is very clean and simple to use. The API documentation and structure is incredibly clear and straightforward - our developer has found it a joy to work with. On top of this, the sales and support teams have been easy to reach, communicative and helpful throughout.
Cons:
The only negative for us as a European business is that we have to pay in USD. Not a huge deal but its always nice from a business perspective to have solid numbers in your budgeting.

Signwell is really easy to use :) and is more affordable than many of its competitors. I found it easy to set up templates.

Generally it is an easy platform to use. It took me a little while to get my head around but overall very easy.
My Experience with SignWell
Comments: Great! Happy that I found it. In the past I used docusign, and it just got confusing, hidden fees, etc. SignWell seems straightforward, no hidden fees, easy to use, etc.
Pros:
So easy to use! I love how I can add multiple recipients, but am still able to customize the signing experience for each person -- it's not all the same. Great feature!
Cons:
Nothing that I can think of! I love the clean interface, too.

Bulk signing works but slighly complicated
Comments: I used it to sign the monthly meeting minutes of my housing board committee once per month, but recently, we needed to rewrite the contract for our garage, approx 50 contracts. This was slightly complex to get started and it was a fairly deep learning curve, however, we also learned that this might be quite usefor moving forward managing the contracts.
Pros:
The solution makes what it is supposed to at an affordable price.
Cons:
The bulk signing wasn't very well explained and a bit tricky to get going.

Signwell is... SWELL!
Comments: I like using Signwell so far. It removes barriers to closing with clients and simplifies the process on my end and theirs. It also doesn't try to be more than it needs to be. I need some fillable fields I can drag and drop into an existing or newly created document, with signatures, and that's exactly what it is. My wishlist item of being able to edit text or remove images from an imported document is a big ask but not a make it or break it perk. As it stands, I do believe I'll be happy using Signwell for some time.
Pros:
Easy to use...UI is great. And the whole process makes it easy on the client.
Cons:
Nothing I like least...more of a wishlist item. I just wish I could edit text from documents that have been imported. Or remove an image from an imported doc.

Every Business needs Signwell for Contracts
Comments: I was looking for a more affordable online signing capability for construction contracts to be signed by homeowners and found Signwell through a google search. The account was very easy to set up, no cost involved and we began using the service immediately with great success.
Pros:
Ease of use, and terrific price! The website is intuitive and easy to use.
Cons:
That we didnt find it sooner. We sign a lot of contracts with customers and need an easy to use and affordable system, and Signwell delivers.

Comments: Like I said, it's super easy to use for starting, setting up, and sending documents for signatures—even for my investors. The UI is simple to understand, with no clutter, and it displays what matters most. I discovered SignWell through a friend when I had to sign an NDA. Months later, when it was my turn to prepare documents for signatures—for my investors—I knew I couldn't waste my time, or their time, with complicated workflows. I quickly searched my inbox for the service my friend used and found SignWell. From opening my account to sending out the documents to my investors took just minutes. I asked for feedback, and one of them said, 'Yes, the digital signature process was smooth, easy, and fast.' A breeze.

It's super easy to use for starting, setting up, and sending documents for signatures. I've tried similar services in the past, but they always seemed complicated. SignWell, on the other hand, is straightforward. From setting up my account to uploading and preparing the document, it’s been a breeze.

So far, everything has been great. I don’t have any complaints.
If You Need Your Docs Signed, Make Sure You SignWell!
Comments: I have been very impressed so far with SignWell. I was using DocuSign before because that's what everyone else was using in my field. Aside from it being ridiculously expensive, many features were only available to the top-end users. As a small business owner, I am not in a position to expense that much for e-signing software.
Pros:
I think one of the best things I like about SignWell (of many) is the customer service provided, and not just by any old representative but from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company. I had a few questions regarding functionality when I was getting started that were critical to my decision making on using the product and was surprised to receive an email from [sensitive content hidden] of SignWell giving me all the info I needed, including screenshots and recommendations. And the time it took for a reply was really impressive. In the times of fully automated bot email responses, it is refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person to get the help you need. Now as for the actual product, SignWell is super easy to use. If you have ever used any of the other super-expensive document-signing software, this will be a walk in the park for you. Lots of important features are available and there are help tips for every selection you can make to help you understand how everything works. I feel confident knowing that I have a quality product that helps my clients see that I am making a professional appearance.
Cons:
When I find something I don't like about it, I will definitely let you know.

EASY AND RELIABLE
Comments: Ease of use for the sender and the receiver.
Pros:
SignWell has been very easy to use for the sender and for the receiver. Used without any problems or complications. Peace of mind. I like that the signed documents are saved securely, as well.

I have no complaints at all about SignWell.

Comments: Very good - easy to use - and excellent product output.

The clock and drag feature as well as the ease of adding signers and sending to the signer.

Just a little difficult to resize the dragged boxes.

Comments: I usually have strong criticisms for tools in Signwell's product category - and I have used a number of these. However, I have stayed with Signwell. So that says I love the tool.
Pros:
So after a document is completed, first Signwell provides a digital identity to that document; in addition to this, there is usually this automated thread of document engagement attached at the end. This feature provides an extra layer of authenticity to documents.
Cons:
Well, I know Signwell is a business and needs to make profit. However, I think 3 free running documents per time is quite restrictive - maybe 4-5 is ideal.

Excellent Tool for sign
Comments: Great experience, we did the integration in less than a day, start use in the same and also create a template for ours documents easly.
Pros:
Integration by API, embedded sign and good documentation.
Cons:
Not find a way do automatic sign my documents or sign by api.
Great product and strong customer support
Pros:
Very easy to get started and simple to use. Also, their usage policy is generous comapred to other e-sign products that I've tried which I love

Signing Documents Hasn't Been Easier!
Comments: Overall there is nothing much to complain about. My clients find it very easy to use and the process is quick, as long as I delegate where they are supposed to sign. Again, a location to include a third party signature if the client you are working with is through a third party. Find some way for them to get the document as well via email but they DON'T have to sign it.
Pros:
The ease of use with this product. Signing client documents for them and allowing them to download and review them has been a huge plus.
Cons:
One little gripe is that if the document is required to be signed by the client, but the client is working with another third-party vendor, I can't seem to add a secondary recipient for the document's signing.
Easy to use, intuitive, fast, and professional
Comments: I just finished creating and sending out my first contract for a signature. I wrote the document in Word and uploaded it to the site, dropped signature and date boxes where they belonged, and hit send. It was SO EASY! I didn't have to read any instructions. The actual process of signing is simple as well! It took me about 5 minutes to go through the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend this website!
Pros:
The website is really clean and easy to use. The whole process is intuitive and I didn't need any instructions to get my contract uploaded and select areas for signatures and dates. The website and process were SO streamlined! Revisions are easy to make as well.
Cons:
Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like about SignWell. I was able to customize the sections I wanted to customize and had no problems getting a contract sent out for signature.
Spot on for small businesses
Comments: Very pleased that we found SignWell for electronic document signing. We looked at a lot of different platforms but this stood head and shoulders above the others for our needs
Pros:
The best things about SignWell are a) the ability to upload your own documents for signature, which also makes signees more comfortable that they are signing something familiar b) inexpensive to use, esp. as a small business as you can use it as an individual as you don't require the more expensive enterprise elements. c) Ease of use - very straightforward

So far nothing of note - it's early days as we haven't been using it for long, but to date it has been great

Comments: I've needed to send out a handful of Licensing Agreements to be signed and it has made it quick and easy at a reasonable price to do so.
Pros:
It is simple to use and gives you all the features you need at varying levels of business size.
Cons:
I found it frustrating that when creating a new document I did not have the option to create a blank document that I could edit on Signwell. Some of my documents are google docs and downloading the document in a form that can be uploaded to Signwell was a pain. I'd like to be able to just copy the document and paste into a blank document on Signwell.
