> **Pros**: I have most liked the ease of use for this product.  While it took a little bit of time for me to get used to all the features, using it has allowed our organization to easily streamline our Board meetings and have all our relevant materials in one location.

> **Cons**: Now, I am more familiar with the software and feel good about my ability to use the software but when we first began using the software there were some functionality issues that have since been resolved.  The team worked together to quickly eliminate these areas of concern and make the software even more user friendly.

> I have loved working with Cloud Concinnity.  Everyone has been so helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions I've had.

> **Pros**: The tagging of documents is crucial.  We have board members from many different backgrounds and technical skill levels.  The intuitive nature of the design allows for easy adoption.

> **Cons**: I would like to see more of how other users leverage the product.

> The software is great, the flexibility is super, but the service after the sale is phenomenal.  Their approach to set up and board training was spot on.  As the President, adoption was my main concern.  The implementation was the key factor in our use of the product.
