> **Pros**: This software does what it says on the tin i.e. if I need to find an available meeting room at short notice it tells me what all of my options are including reserved rooms that are not occupied (a particular annoyance of mine). I like that I can personalise the view to suit what I need, the fact that the system doesn’t list rooms at times or in places that I’m not interested in keeps the displayed info minimal. There is no digital signage – the interactive UX on a smartphone or PC provides any info that signage might - without the cost.  The reports are largely DIY but we have enough people here who are good with Excel that we just use the exports and chart and pivot table as necessary, so not really an issue. The most positive feedback to date has been for the ‘When’s Good?’ feature (for booking meetings in the future). Enter the invitee names and a couple of criteria, like desired duration, and the system comes straight back with a list of  feasible meeting slots that can simply be checked.

> **Cons**: As the software takes a new approach to the room finding and scheduling problem there aren’t many similar products to compare it to. It’s an improvement on the calendar in native MS Outlook, augmenting what the Outlook calendar does rather than trying to replace it – you still need MS Outlook. The product is very new, and as such could benefit from a few refinements (e.g. more consistent function labels), but I daresay these will be addressed in future releases.

> Although we are a relatively small business, we are split between two floors and were frequently running downstairs to see if a room was free. Despite their best intentions, our users are not very disciplined at using Outlook so we frequently had the problem of trying to see if a room was free where a meeting had finished early or the meeting never actually started and the room was free.
