I love that they are actively receiving feedback and implementing new features all the time. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use. I had to train some of our older members to use it for logging our collections, and they were resistant at first. But they've been doing it for exactly 6 months now and have told me that it's much easier to use than our previous software. They've been able to develop a deeper understanding of how to use it and so they can intuitively troubleshoot their own issues without calling out to me for help\!
