And love the feature of the app where members can see their own 'My Giving' report. Also I love the follow-ups feature to effectively monitor and ensure members are receiving the necessary attention with no-one being neglected. > > **Cons**: I think the only thing missing to complete the package would be to offer a website too, but maybe with AI tech advancing then this could be introduced later. AND it doesn't cost a fortune and you don't need to pay extra for any features that is included in the whole system, it's all just available, it works and customer support is fast \& so helpful. The email application works perfectly, our emails have been looking so much better, more professional and it's really easy to navigate. We have rolled out the system to over 200 of our leaders by now and everyone loves it and it's been really user friendly. > > **Cons**: The only thing that can be improved is perhaps under the Follow ups it is sometimes difficult to see who created a follow up if the Responsible person is removed.
