Not compatible with multiple QB files (companies). > > We are new to Payzer (12/2024). We have multiple companies and multiple QB files. Payzer is only associated with one company. If anyone is logged in to any of the companies, Payzer will not sync. That is, if the QB Sync Tool even opens. I have kicked everyone out and 90% of the time it doesn't even open. We use many different services for our many companies and Payzer is bar none the worst so far. Why? Because it takes the csr's 2-3 hours to respond to a chat....if they respond (98% of the time they do not). If you call, you go through all the cues and then they disconnect you. We tried going through sales (because we are sure that matters to them) and we got through, but the rep disconnected us instead of getting us to a tech person. I say STAY AWAY.
