An exceptional product for web activities and behavior analysis
Comments: Visitor Analytics allows me to get a clear visibility based on actual data analysis the activities taking place in the website as well as the users behavior and interactions with content and elements off the website.
Pros:
Visitor Analytics provides the most powerful functionalities to help understand all the activities happening in the website and the behavior of users accessing your website by analyzing all the traffic that the website gets. It has some cool features like the ability to see the device that a users are using which helps each user make sure that the website is able to offer the best experience to all users irrespective of the devices they are using. It helps get the insights of where most website visitors are coming from and the most content that they are accessing. The session recordings function is very useful to indicate exactly how visitors are interacting with each content and elements available on the website. The product itself is easy to use and the customer support is amazing. The demo offered during starting is very helpful in understanding how the product works and how to use its features to achieve the best and most reliable analytics of the activities and user behavior on the websites.
Cons:
I have never run into any trouble with any feature while using this product therefore i have nothing i like least about it.
My Experience with Visitors Analytics
Comments: I have no particular problems or complains. I would like to have a better interaction with my Google Ads campaigns.
Pros:
I am very satisfied about the accuracy and detail of the information which I get on a daily basis. It is much more accurate than Google Analytics and I can obtain immediate feedback in terms of the impact of my Google Ads campaigns. Since I am an exporter of live animals I must be focused on the results of my marketing efforts. I am now able to determine either the success or failure of my campaigns immediately and I can adjust and modify them very quickly.
Cons:
I think the price of the subscription is high compared to other online services which use, like Dropbox and my current Zone Alarm Antivirus and Firewall. The price should be more competitive. I currently have three Visitors Analytics accounts for three different websites, and I do think I deserve a discount in compensation for my loyalty. It never happened!

Pros:
Its interface is very simple. You don't need too much tecnical experience to handle with it.
Cons:
Too much steps to reach information I need. My suggestion is to place the location information of the visitor in the visitors panel, with the city name.

It has also helped me to improve my marketing campaigns by learning from the data so as to build better ones.
Pros:
WIth the Visitor Analytics application I can get a complete overview of my website stats, check my website's performance with user behaviour analytics and visitor's interaction features. It is very friendly and easy to use.You don't need to be an IT expert to use it. The best of all is that it can be added to my site;s dashboard and does not appear on my site.
Cons:
I can't find any serious drawbacks.Sometimes the application doesn't load at all or it takes some time to load.
