Comments: Overview I can only highly recommend Lanes & Planes to use, as it is an easy platform to use.

Pros:

That Customer Service is very easy to reach and help you out with your issues that you might have.

Cons:

Sometimes information given via CS is contradicting and so not good at all to help you with your issue.

Lanes and Planes is a great partner

Comments: L&P allows for a smooth experience and quick problem resolution. The most important aspect from my position perspective is the customer support which has always been flawless.

Pros:

L&P has a very smooth and user-friendly UI. This is my favourite thing about it. Also, the support team is amazing and always willing to make an effort with any inquiries. The integrations work flawlessly as well. L&P allows us to manage our our travel needs at one place with high efficiency.

Cons:

Like with any service, there is room for improvement. I would say adding more options to change/add multiple users at once would really help.

Easy & simple Tool

Pros:

easy to use, very clearly laid out platform

Cons:

No open jaw flights bookable, in this case I have to book all flights individually.

Ease of rebooking with customer service

Comments: The CS wanted me to call them but I was already on the plane. CS understood the case pretty quickly when I did not make the call. I believe she made a quick analysis of my flight and rebooked it based on my email request. That to me is really important when CS is able to understand the situation and make appropriate and timely resolution.

Pros:

The quick action from their CS to rebook a flight that we will surely miss due to a delay from another flight.

Cons:

It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS

L&P good help

Pros:

Cons:

Sometimes no easy to add any service (hotels...) not proposed from L&P

A great business partner to save time and money

Comments: They are always kind, fast, and try to find answers.

Pros:

Immediate reservation availability, price comparison without having to browse price comparison sites, quick reservation confirmation, customer response in emergency situations

Cons:

Reservations for the Russian region are not available yet.

Easily booking business trips

Pros:

Everything you need for a business trip (transportation, accomodation, ...) is together on one platform and you don't need to search on several websites. Planes, trains, and accomodations are suggested to you at the travel destiny location. When I had a problem with confirming my booking in a hotel, Lanes & Planes helped me very quickly.

Cons:

Loading details for the accomodations took a long time

I would recommand the software

Comments: A huge benefit is the accounting procedure - no longer credit cards needed, weekly billing is very helpful for us. It would be fine if it could be possible in the future to cancel flights within the software or the app. Furthermore, it would be a benefit for our employees if the refund-procedure of canceled flights could be handled in a faster way, this often takes too long. But overall we are very happy with our decision.

Pros:

Easy to use. Easy way to work with the Lanes & Planes App. User-friendly usability. Good workflow for our accouting-team. Transparent way to handle the invoices. Much cheaper than our previously used product since Lanes & Planes no longer used the Amadeus system.

Cons:

Friendly support and contact persons, they always try to help fast in case any user or admin-support is needed. Contact Persons are trying to find indiviudual solutions for our workflows. The increase of businness hours of the support team was a huge benefit for your employees.

Good for users, okay for admins

Comments: All in all the tool is very good and the support and customer service team is great!
The filter options for us are too less. Would be much more easier to have an option to filter all rowes in the Accounting window. For example to filter all rooms in Munich in Berlin for 1 year was not able to be done by us. If our Procurement Team wants to know details to get new hotel prices it takes too long to get informations. If that would be changed a big step is done Thank you

Pros:

It is a nice and easy tool. We enjoy the fast responses if we need your help and that you are working on getting better and better.

Cons:

For admins it is not possible to filter features for reports or sort and export files.

Excelent service - super recomend

Comments: We are not a very big company therefore I do not know how that would be but in the case of a small or medium sized company I would definitely recommend. They were super helpful in the beginning and after a few months nothing has changed. Thanks a lot :)

Pros:

Very helpful, every-time I go in contact with the platform with questions or need for help they came back at me super quick, most times at the same day.

Cons:

I had no problems until now, they have exceeded every expectation I had.

Lanes & Planes a good provider

It is good to have all the travel documents and times in one app.

Cons:

Does not show all possible flight connections. Low-cost airlines are not displayed which might result in missing out on direct connections. I recommend to use sky scanner first and then book via the L&P concierge service

Convenient and Efficient Business Travel Solution

Comments: Very positive, it’s a convenient and efficient system that makes booking and managing business trips hassle-free.

Pros:

I liked payment is already handled by the system, the automatic flight check-in feature, the wide selection of flights and hotels, and the fast and helpful support team.

Cons:

Not being able to look at hotels before booking a flight.

Concierge service is great

Pros:

Online concierge service responds super quickly and addressed my issue with immediate care and consideration.

Cons:

L&P lacks an easy option to save searches to be able to select, compare and print various offers. We need to submit price comparisons of at least three similar offers for record-keeping.

Comments: I use it to book flight ticket, train tickets and Hotel for all my business travels

Pros:

The tools is easy to use and the support team reactive when you need to book something that is not avalable on the plateform

Some transportation mode are not available (yet) such as night trains

The fact that you need to rework the trip once approved by the manager. Having the option that all is booked directly once the manager approved it will make it better

Clarity and Overview are Key

initially the app was unresponsive for some time but I believe that it could be because of the app upgradation. Otherwise it worked well during the later parts.

In some cases, the interfaces was not responding so fast, especially when looking for hotels, but in general, it worked well.
