> **Pros**: Very easy and manageable didn't have any problems to be honest if they had bugs before I couldn't tell payroll processing was a breeze I usually have issues with the banking and money management but this one is top tier the  value for the amount of money that was put it was worth it customer support is fast and effective makes the employee management efficient account access and log in is simple so no issues there

> **Cons**: the setup was a lot and took a long time.  when we change company processes and other software the set up processes related to "what is new" has to be redone or a work around has to be found.  the benefit enrollment part of the system doesn't work quite right for us all the time.  It has to be overrode often.
