"Easiest way of working and collaborate within the lightweighted projects."

Comments: We are using Ruum for several usecases across different departments and regions, e.g. for
- Management of strategic projects and events
- Issue Managements in Supply Chain
- Onboarding new employees
We were able to increase efficiency and transparency.

Pros: Ease of use and learn.
Easy collaboration with team inside and outside the Enterprise.
Task Management resulting into Gant-Charts with dependencies.
Integration to business processes starting the Project Management direct from business applications.

Cons: "Ruum" for improvement on the overall status monitoring of projects

"Ease of use is a real USP"

Pros: once you are logged in the rest is more or less self explaining. The features are very focused to the important things for collaboration.

Cons: ease of use is ranked higher than amount of features, which is fine. Maybe in the future both dimensions could be combined.
