> **Pros**: The preselect icons and ability to budget out per device was helpful. Unfortunately the preselect/upload equipment list was not always compatible to what the customer wanted. Created lots of manual entry and inability to review later on.
> 
> **Cons**: Inability to export drawings into a legible pdf or printable drawing for install team or customer deliverable was a huge pain point. Required us to purchase much more licensing than initially intended. Customer was frustrated about expiring links when they sent them to their own staff for service work. The labeling for the icons was horrible. Had to purchase more admin licenses than initially intended due to being locked out of "editing" a survey due to the current editor not releasing privileges. Exporting options confusing and not all inclusive to what was included on the actual icon.

> I wish we did more research. This product is only suited for small outfits and those not technically apt with other options on the market.

> **Pros**: It was quite easy and intuitive to use. Building custom containers that hold all the items needed for each type of product was a time saver.
> 
> **Cons**: Being limited on the number of items you could add per Survey was a deal breaker. We often had jobs were the items required exceeded what we were allowed to place on the plan.
> 
> Overall System Surveyor was easy to use and setup. It would save time as you could lay down preconfigured items on a plan and be able to see a detailed item/part list for ordering. It was great if we only had a few items in our design but being limited on those items forced us to go with another product.
