> **Pros**: Smart Booking is the only great feature that Aura Salonware has. It's honestly a feature that every single salon software should come standard with.

> **Cons**: It broke our confidence and trust multiple times. We faced daily errors and booking issues from clients. The software was unintuitive, causing headaches for both staff and customers. These glitches led to thousands of dollars in lost revenue.
> 
> Thumbs down.  Being locked in by a year contract should have been the first red flag.  The second giant red flag was when leaving Aura Salonware to move our data to a new provider - they wanted $750 for us to get OUR OWN data (client notes, formulas, appointment history and sales).
