> **Pros**: Nothing , event rental is a weekend business. When things go wrong on the weekend there is no real  support, you are on your own. Don't let them tell you otherwise . I had the problem twice .

> **Cons**: They charged my credit card after I told them to cancel,They never did. They when I asked for a refund they claimed they refunded it but never did. They told me call your credit card company and I did. They credit card company says the have no record of a refund. I have the email thread to prove it .

> It was good when it first started but no support on the weekends when you really need them . The will get back to you on Monday or when the specialist is in.
