> **Pros**: HOALife is very intuitive and user friendly and the Boards love the reporting. It is light years ahead of any manual process or other tools in the industry for violations. Getting started was easy.

The field violation app is extremely user-friendly and provides a seamless transition of field pictures and comments into the "back end" software. From there, reviewing and/or editing violation notices before they go out is a snap.  

Board reporting is great, and the fact that the software creates an instant repository of your violation history is a massive time saver.  

Last but certainly not least, you can click a button(s) to email and/or regular (USPS) mail your violation notices out automatically.....no more printing/folding/stuffing effort required.  

Bottom line...I can't imagine going back to the process I used prior to HOALife, and never will.  The HOALife support team is very responsive, and also constantly working to incorporate improvements/enhancements to the software.
