> **Pros**: Where do I began. Its been life changing in our process as recruiters. Our clients love the presentation of the candidates and hearing their voices. Writing up notes was never my favorite part of the job and now I love to go in an edit the AI recaps.

> **Cons**: The only thing we had some trouble with was getting all the information to move over to our ATS, its good, but I do wish the entire summary would transfer over.

> **Cons**: The VOIP feature for our international interviews seems to be a bit "glitchy." We aren't sure if its an ISP problem on either end of the call - or if it's a passthrough issue.

They were responsive when we needed to scale up and help us dial things back down during the initial COVID hit. HoneIt has done a good job of making things fairly shareable among our team as we tag team projects and calls very often. The HoneIt team is responsive to issues and always looking for feedback to make the product better. They're very innovative with incorporating new technology like ChatGPT and finding ways to improve their customer's workflow.

> **Cons**: Their transcripts are pretty weak, though I know it's something they're working on. The AI features being rolled out should help with some of that. We've had a lot of different connection issues, overall, highly recommend being directly plugged into an ethernet source in order to ensure good call quality.
