> **Pros**: IPsoft has invested quite a bit into the tooling around building Amelia conversation workflows. The BPN designer as well as the integration workflow designer are super easy to use. The range of ML algorithms is excellent and is in my view one of the few platforms where you can design a humanized Virtual Agent

> **Cons**: The IVA-human handoff and Agent tools are not the best. Almost feels like an afterthought. We would integrate escalations to service desk Slack channels instead of using their Conversations/Queues Interface. Also, the ability to get conversational analytics requires custom coding, nothing built-in except for some rudimentary Journey Analytics.
