"Simplifying our Review process"

Comments: Before Manage Artworks, it used to take so much longer for my artwork to be approved and returned to me as a designer. There were also greater risks of error! Now with Manage Artworks, our process is more efficient and there are far less errors and issues.

Pros: This software is easy to use each day. I love that it allows for one place for multiple people to review our artwork, making our jobs easier and more efficient.

Cons: There are sometimes glitches in the system but the customer support team at Manage Artworks is extremely fast to respond and resolve the issue.

"Proofing for the wine business"

Comments: The support staff is quick to answer and resolve any interruptions in business, the over all functionality of the software meets our industry needs

Pros: The web based platform streamlines sharing vital files with cross functional teams.

Cons: Simple functionality, like the 'back' button, are not enabled so searching files or going from one file in a project to another can be quite cumbersome

"Manage Artworks- wine business"

Comments: Overall, when it is working correctly it is a good program.

Pros: I liked that i can look up label proofs very easily.

Cons: The past month when i log in and try to look for a label proof, nothing shows up. The screen stays blank. Its an inconvienece because i need to approve labels in a timely manner.

"Mediocre"

Pros: I only use a few features but the ones i do use are moderatley user friendly

Cons: Lack of simplicity in the ser interface. multiple ways to get to one function or item
