> **Pros**: Very easy to navigate through the platform.  It's flexible so you can continue where you left off while entering your data.
> 
> **Cons**: At one point I could not remember my password.  I had to send an email to the customer service department and wait 2 days before someone responded to my enquiry, then I was asked to send a copy of my identification via fax to confirm who I said I was.  It was Day 3 before I was able to login.
> 
> Overall, Ufile is a great tool when doing your annual tax return.  I have been using Ufile for 12 straight years now.  I have had no issues filing my return.  If there are any errors with the data entry, the software alerts you so you can fix the errors before it allows you to submit.

> **Cons**: We request to keep receiving hard copy of tax assessment notice and denying offer to received electronic copy, but this function is not working.
