Is okay, but needs improvement

dengro is an easy platform to use, I like that we can monitor the leads, the response effectiveness,
However what would be really uselful is to get the internal protocol for new leads and upload it and make it automatic for us so that we can spend less time having to input it manually.
Pros:
the fact that it shows the tasks daily and that it gives you the new leads separetely
Cons:
The fact that you cannot add an appt on a new lead from its own page, you always need to go out to the main page

The tracking of our enquiries has been something that was very difficult before dengro. We use the software as a team to implement new patients and make notes about their treatment goals. I do not know what we would do without it
Cons:
I would ideally like it to be more customisable when capturing a lead. Sending personalised texts and maybe having a live chat box to contact patients that we are less likely to capture over the phone. I would also like Dengro to work with other data capturing companies such as Enquiry bot as this would lead to less manual entry.

Comments: Overall I love Dengro. It is simple to use and I feel we have generated more leads since we introduced into practice. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is fantastic and always available if you require help or guidance.
Pros:
I have been working with Dengro around 6 months now. This is a fantastic lead management tool that I feel works extremely well in Dental practices. I find dengro linking to SOE is fantastic - resulting in all patients been available to add as a lead.

Comments: I feel that the system is great for the purpose of following up new leads with ease but feel it misses out on the potential for following up on current patients who have been offer treatment and need follwoing up.
Pros:
I love the ease of seeing the number of follow ups I have each day and that I can run reports of the number of leads

The reset emails and sms messages as they are not well written

But it is still dependent on staff adding the correct information
