> We were using a different software when our van line notified about the switch to MoveHQ. While we don't use all the features, the survey feature has been our primary focus when the switch occurred. At that time, the software was fairly new and we encountered a few bumps in the road. However, customer support is always timely in their responses and provide help / software edits when necessary.

Warehouse...very robust and versatile...excellent training and implementation by HQ

Warehouse...lacking some of the everyday functionality of Driver (multiple images, sync), very cumbersome importing/exporting full HHG shipments....tedious reporting process 
Dispatch...not developed enough to replace current process

> We are almost at the point where we can service the full life cycle of a  HHG shipment with HQ....would like to see better integration between Driver and warehouse and a better repository for images.
