Its wide integration possibilities makes it suitable for any kind of company already working with other tools. In addition customer service is great and the value for money is best I've experienced.

> **Cons**: To get the best out of it it requires well-planned and structured website. So without good marketing funnel and touchpoints to identify leads there is some extra work that should be done. Technically this is not a con of the software but good to take in consideration.

> **Cons**: There wasn't really anything I didn't like about it. We just moved to HubSpot and didn't need it any more, but I see HubSpot as an expensive alternative to get what we got from Salespanel. We just needed several other features we got from HS which is why we made the switch.
