It also puts all the calendar and governance items together in one place so I won’t have to dig through my cluttered inbox again. The phone application appears to work whether or not the WiFi dies in this building, therefore the Directors will at least be able to view their papers. > > **Cons**: If the uploaded images aren’t exactly 300 dpi, it doesn’t correct them but rather reject them. And I am sick of reformating things five times. Also, putting all newly added content to the Resource Center at the bottom of the list is completely nonsensical. When there are large binders, it becomes slow and laborsome to scroll through them. > > It’s better than we used to print an enormous amount of paper, although we still jam frequently. It encrypts the confidential information so that others cannot access C-Suite documentation. The ability to replace pages at the last minute without notifying the Directors of this fact is the only reason why I haven’t lost my mind today.
