Comments: I contributed to the choice of Deepser that best met my client's needs. Moreover, it is integrated with the American Device 42 software that is more focused on Data Centers.

Pros:

Perfect tool to keep track of maintenance work

Comments: Deepser gives us total visibility of the service hours contracted; there is no risk to work for free! We get reminders when a contract is about to expire and action needs to be taken to renew it. The system informs us when there is scheduled maintenance to organize. Our field technicians can insert directly in the system the amount of hours they spent at the client's plant, type of maintenance done, extra notes and they can create instant work report to be signed by the client.

Pros:

Ease of use; competent project managers and support team

Cons:

There is no native App of Deepser, but it is web-responsive

DEEPSER Functionality

Comments: The IT benefit as well other departments . For example other departments need to work with three-party companies.

Pros:

I do like this platform for many reasons. The main reason is that you can configure / edited in house

Cons:

That there is not a smartphone app at the moment

Comments: Esperienza estremamente positiva anche grazie al supporto veloce e puntuale del team che sviluppa e manutiene il prodotto. Modello di pricing e copertura dei serivizi adeguato sia alle piccole stratup che alle aziende più strutturate

Pros:

Lo strumento è in grado molto facilmente di adeguarsi ai processi aziendali di gestione e suporto ai clienti siano essi interni od esterni. Copre molti ambiti relativi alla gestione e governance dei processi di IT support e monitoraggio degli asset.

Cons:

Nessuna problematica individuata, necessario avere molto chiaro il perimetro di intervento ed un piano di implementazione strutturato

La possibilità di personalizzazione , la flessibilità dei moduli e la presenza di molte funzionalità già a bordo

Cons:

Non è proprio no-code low-code ma lo si gestisce.
