Comments: Being able to handover a report to our accounts that gives insides on all data processing from beginning to end with all transforms documented in a very good fashion
Pros: The abbility to document allmost any feature within the MS BI/SQL Server stack, allowing us to anwser allmost any question about our control and data flows for example
Cons: The way the software has to be used, as in single user mode. If you're in a team we all share responsibilities for runnijng certain types of features of the Workbench. With the current licensing model it's not a very friendly way to force organizations to use the Workbench

Valuable addition to SQL admin and data warehouse dev toolbox.
Pros: Pre-built configurable task items save a lot of development time (Task Factory). The documentation tool (DocXpress) and best practices analyzer are worth the price on their own.
Cons: While support is very good, the documentation of the tools is very lacking. Many of the Help pages and videos are non-existent or out-of-date.

Pros: Easy to implement and improved standard features as oppose to SSIS standard toolbox components
Cons: Documentation could be a bit more described

Easy to use monitoring tool
Pros: BIxPress is very easy to use, and it monitors SSIS packages execution. It tells exactly which package is being executed and which tasks that it currently in. Also, it shows you the error message and where it stops executing. Really useful for debugging and troubleshooting.
Cons: The UI graphic on the SSIS monitoring console can be over crowded with information. It refreshes slow and the task boxes over lay each other make it look ugly and hard to see the data flow.

It's really a good product for Lineage Analysis
Comments: Impact Assessment
Pros: Lineage Analysis (Impact Assessment). This is an overall good product with many built-in functionalities.
Cons: Slow Response (large set of Meta Data). The product response is slow when you have a large amount of Meta Data. Specifically Web version (Doc xPress Server) is very slow.
