So many of my clients have commented on how easy my ClinicSense system is to use and love the appointment reminders which are sent automatically. I no longer worry about double booking or missing appointments because the system does all of the hard graft for me. I get so much security from knowing all my client files are safely stored on my ClinicSense account and are easily accessible. I find the different options for treatment notes based on my clients issues/complaints. > > **Cons**: I had some slight confusions about payments when I went on maternity leave and I need up being over charged for a few months but this was quickly rectified with some very good customer support and was reimbursed. Since it’s a massage app it would be great if it timed out after 100 minutes since a majority of my massages are 60 and 90 minutes.
