> **Pros**: Focus did the job for us for a few years. It unfortunately was not up to date with the needs of what customers need. All things like rewards programs had to have an external app that would not link to the system its self.
> 
> **Cons**: How dated it was. Once we payed off what we had we had to restart payments to have something that was not so dated.
> 
> It did the job until we found something else that could do more.
