> **Pros**: I love its simplicity to implement, simplicity to use and therefore be adopted by the team, and its wide range of out of the box reports, metrics and visualization options.

On top of that, its implementation and take up by the team was a success because of the Xakia team. They really took ownership of the success, were focussed, energetic and endlessly super helpful. A stellar cast.

We now also use Xakia for the approval of invoices, which has streamlined the process for our internal team and provides greater visibility for our external firms with faster processing times and a User-friendly interface.
