What I like most is also what I like least. Unless you really know what you're doing and have significant experience with GA, it's not user-friendly and is very hard for a marketing novice to get up and running.

Comments: Overall my experience is very good, i am using Google analytics from past 1 year and added many projects and implemented the GA code on our website and we are able to track all our projects metrics like how many people have visited our website, able to track the acquisitions, also able to track the missed leads from the digital campaigns its very useful software.
Pros:
i liked the Reports section in google analytics where they are providing the in-depth metrics for website visitors and acquisition reports. also able to get the reports on Engagement and Monetiziation.
Cons:
All things are good and nothing is bad in it Google analytics its a free. but they should add chatbot to instantly ressolve all the querries and do the better customer service.

Comments: With Google Analytics 360 I can do a lot of things for my business. For example, I can check key metrics in built-in reports, I can monitor real-time data, I can compare data ranges and apply filters, save any reports to my dashboard so I can easily come back to them.
Pros:
I like that I never lose sight of my website and app performance.
Cons:
I don’t like that doesn’t exist an filter that have as a default 24 hours data.
