Pros:
I like the unlimited number of options it has, from entering equations to sorting data to calculating huge amounts of data.
Cons:
It is not the easiest software to use. Most of the time when I try a new feature, I have to go watch a YouTube video on how to do it and how it works.
great if you know how to use it
Comments: I'm of the generation where Excel is a synonym with Spreadsheet. I'ts ovrall a vry complete and useful tool however it's not very intuitive and it takes a good deal of time and effort to bring a newbie up to speed and have them able to succesfully use it.
Pros:
It's a very complete tool. If you know how to use it, it can really be a great asset
Cons:
I's very convoluted and sometimes the help-instructions are not clear. You need a good level of proficiency and a good memory in order to be able to use it well.
Alternatives Considered:

I love spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel set the standard for spreadsheets.
Cons:
While I have used Microsoft Excel for years, they have not kept up with the changing landscape of team work on the cloud. I need my spreadsheets to be fully accessible in real time by my whole team.
Microsoft Excel gives me a professional rep
Comments: It’s an excellent software, for budgets as well as tracking various grant applications. And I can access it at anytime - which is enormously helpful too.
Pros:
I really do like creating Excel spread sheets. I love how it keeps me organized. I also appreciate being able to add rows or columns as needed at anytime. This has allowed my listing of various grant applications and all the pertinent information updated.
Cons:
I disliked how intimidating it seemed at first. All these little boxes that I sometimes to learn how to accurately fill. But I got over that quickly, and now can’t imagine doing my work without it.
Excel Review

Microsoft Excel Really Excels!
Comments: Overall, Microsoft Excel is my go-to software when it comes to generating tables, charts, graphs and presentations even at the basic level. It is not an intimidating software with all complex commands that takes you away from a beneficial use of it.
Pros:
What I like most about Microsoft Excel is the capacity of the software to create formulas from the basic to the more complicated mathematical solutions. This feature provides some usable data in presentation and data analysis.
Cons:
What I like the least about Microsoft Excel is the formatting of the cells that Text Control under the Alignment tab particularly the 'Wrap Text' feature. Sometimes it does not really function well as some of the cells does not really 'wrap' thus the text inside the table would not fully appear in the finish document.
Leveraging Data Old School but Reliant
Comments: It has been great tool with the reputation it has built over the years and also the bandwidth of features it helps every type of business.
Pros:
Excel has been our go to tool for any type of data and reporting purposes. We as a company and I personally have so much time invested in Excel because of the the way data gets structure in a more efficient way that helps dive deep into data and leverage it as per our business needs.
Cons:
The limitation on Pivot table type and also the graph type which are invited and pretty basic too. Sometimes the reason behind formulas not working is not very clear but vague.
The best spreadsheet tool now
Comments: I've used Excel for some simple calculations, data cleaning and summary tables, as well as for pivot tables, complex analyses etc. And it works really great as long as your dataset isn't too large.
Pros:
As for now, the best spreadsheet tool with lots of additional features, such as visualizations, macros, compability with other Office software, and many others (AI, Python, DAX).
Cons:
It is easy to start with this tool but gets challenging really fast if you want to do something more complex - you need to learn lots of formulas and shortcuts and they are often not that intuitive.
Alternatives Considered:
Microsoft Excel
Comments: Overall, I enjoy the product and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Pros:
I love that it allows you to keep your data in one place. It's very customizable and allows you to view your data in many different ways.
Cons:
I don't like how it lags with large amounts of data. Using the power query feature can slow the process down quite a bit. Excel does require a bit of training to know how to use it properly.

Excel has powerful features. For beginners, the basic features are easy to learn. For people with more advanced needs, the power of Excel makes life a lot easier.

I use the 365 version and I wish that the online and desktop versions were more similar.
Excel is indispensable and one of the basics of practical, academic and professional life.
Comments: My comprehensive experience with the program lasted for several years and was generally positive, as the program provides many tools and features that help in managing and analyzing data efficiently, whether in a personal, academic, or professional context. The continuous updates made to the program ensure continuous improvement of performance and the addition of new features that meet the changing needs of users. I use the program in my daily life to manage personal budgets, track expenses, and create spreadsheets to organize personal information such as lists of things to do and appointment schedules. I've also used it to create shopping lists and track spending to help with daily planning and personal management. This software for me is an essential thing in my life that I can never do without. I would like to express my thanks to the work team working on developing the program and thank them for the benefit they provide to people through this great work.
Pros:
I liked many positives about this program, including its ability to adapt to different uses and needs, as well as its effectiveness in transforming data into valuable information through powerful analysis and visualization tools. In addition, this program integrates well with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem, which enhances productivity and facilitates collaboration, and provides multiple options for protecting files including passwords and specifying access permissions, ensuring the security of sensitive data. Despite its power, it features a relatively simple and easy-to-learn user interface, making it an effective tool for both beginners and professionals.
Cons:
Most of the drawbacks of this software can be effectively dealt with through proper training and taking full advantage of its features, or using other software solutions or techniques in case of urgent need.

Can Function even without the internet. Flexibility and Work remotely.

Continues development, however, I am satisfied with Mircosoft Excel performance.
The very best of Microsoft Excel
Pros:
Microsft Excel has been a pivotal tool in my line of work for over ten years. I have been using the software for all my administration and design of systems using the calculation functions. I was able to design a shallow foundation base using the software and transferring the information to CAD software. The most fantastic part about Microsoft Excel software is its ability to process large data and auto-generate visualization graphs.
Cons:
Microsft Excel has a lot of functions which can be very confusing if you do not know how to utilize the functions hence it is important to take training. Microsoft Excel can also take time to reopen if the data is too large.
Best spreadsheet software available.
Comments: My overall experience is great. The morew advanced I become as a user the more I like the product!
Pros:
It's widely used and widely known. There are tons of tips, tricks and how to's available online.
Cons:
Nothing really. It does everything we need it to do.
Professional spreadsheets
Comments: Excel has great functions and my spreadsheets look professional and well organized
Pros:
The well organized functions. Easy to use. One of my go to professional spreadsheets organizations
Cons:
No cons I love Microsoft Excel I've used it for years.
Crucial for Organizing
Comments: Overall excel has been an important tool for me and everyone I know.
Pros:
I love that excel is really the only platform that does what it does. Excel allows multiple tabs, and ensures you can really keep track of everything line by line. I love that you can search your data by rows, colors, etc. Excel has been a very important part of my journey in learning to organize and keep track of important information. I also love that you can have excel add numbers for you
Cons:
While I love excel, I wish it was easier. It has taken me a long time to learn the features and functions and I use it everyday and still don't know them all. Whenever an off key is added, suddenly it freezes my screen and almost impossible to stop whatever is happening.
daily user
Comments: I have learnt a lot in my years of using excel and I am learning something new everyday. I ant imagine a workday without this software. It is useful, but also fun to use
Pros:
I use excel daily, for data management, KPI, tracking and presentation of data. I find it one of the most useful software's, with a lot of different options for data sorting, and presentation. One of one features i use regularly is pivot tables, which make data management extremely easy to present and sort. The addition of graph creation directly from pivot tables is very helpful. The many different ways of formatting graphs makes it very easy to present.
Cons:
There is a lot to know in excel including many formulas which are useful in data management, but it is not easy to always figure out which formula to use and how to write it to get what you want from the data. However, this is more related to my level of knowledge and not really excel limitation. Google is always a helpful tool in trying to find the correct formula
Excel for ABAPER
Pros:
1. Data storage in offline- I like excel most for it offline capability. So whenever some server issue or network issue occurs, I use excel to store my Data. 2. Mass Data Update:- Whenever there is requirement for mass data updating or creating we always use excel as a input of our application because from excel we can easily access mass data and do the operation whatever business want us to do. 3. Data Migration:- For migration also excel is very handy for us because it is pretty easy to import and export data in excel . It can store millions of data without any issue.
Cons:
1. it's pretty slow to open the file when it has large number of data. 2. When a excel file is already open in desktop or mobile it gives issue sometime while opening another excel file
Necessary for Business
Comments: I use Excel with the entire Microsoft 365 Suite, including SharePoint and Outlook.
Pros:
Being abke to track expenses easily with quick formulas and copy paste.
Cons:
The amount of time it takes for a workbook to open.
Foundation of data handling.
Comments: Microsoft Excel helps us complete tasks in a systematic way, create reports and analysis.
Pros:
It helps us create a dataset which is technically a spreadsheet. It is the easiest tools which we use to create complex spreadsheets.I like the various functionalities like pivot charts, tables and graphs which are really top notch and features which help reduce the manual intervention.
Cons:
There is nothing to dislike about it as it is an important software to manage things and data.
Excel continues to be the best in the field.
Comments: Excel, in my opinion, is the best tool for a number of tasks, including creating inventories, transferring various costs, and conducting statistical analyses of company data.Succeed nous fait gagné énormément de temps avec sa facilité d'utilisation et sa simplicité.
Pros:
It's amazing how easy it is to use, and it's even more surprising to see how easily one adapts to the Excel environment despite not having spent a lot of time learning about this product. For instance, despite the fact that I did not receive any specific training for using this product, I am now familiar with it thanks to my practice. Excel's calculations are always correct; you won't find any errors using it. In fact, we use separate cloud-based software for our stores, but we always prefer Excel's daily service. This is the best option for all medium-sized businesses and an essential support for every business.
Cons:
The creation of graphs, for example, can be intimidating at first, and if you have no prior knowledge of the components of cartography or graphite representation, you will already encounter frustrating errors. After that, it can be difficult to keep track of changes made to the report because there may be indications of error. Additionally, when an employee introduces a character actor into the position of an entire, the error may be difficult to repent by novices.
Can't live without
Comments: It's been my partner when it comes to keeping track with my finances both personally and business-wise. I don't see myself changing for anything else.
Pros:
I have Microsoft Excel both in my laptop and my phone. I love the easy way to create formulas and keep track of my finances everywhere I go.
Cons:
I actually have no complains. I have been using it for over 15 years now and I'm always learning new ways to use it.
