Comments: Very good. We switched from a previous CRM system as WH incorporated inventory management and linked to Xero software.
WH is a critical tool for our business and we look forward to developing it further as our business changes and grows.

Pros:

WH is adaptable. We have enhanced and developed the base system to suit our needs over the past few years. The development team are always quick to respond and provide solutions.

Cons:

Its not really a dislike, but I feel there could be more links to other marketing software.

Comments: Having tried working with another developer to create a bespoke order processing system for my own print and design business, I came to the quick realisation that not all developers take the time to understand your needs fully enough before offering a package they think suits. Once I realised this first developer would never be able to provide the integrated, smart sharp look I wanted, I met with Workhorse - and never looked back. I was blown away by them, they spent a long time understanding my company's needs, learning what I meant when I explained things, and reiterating it back to make sure we all set off on the right path. To me, it is vital my software looks clean, neat and consistent while powerfully crunching data in the background. Workhorse hit the mark at every step and gave me a package that looks the part and performs seamlessly behind the scenes to make the nitty gritty of our order processing, recording and specification a breeze.

Pros:

From the outset, I loved the simplicity of Workhorse, how easy it is on the eye and how much it 'made sense' when working through it

Cons:

Very little ... nothing that is even worth a mention

Good product overall

Comments: Overall good. Would like to be able to speak to someone rather than relying on emails as things get lost in translation.

Pros:

Relatively easy to use once you get familiar with navigating the different functions

Comments: Very happy with workhorse and have now put this into 2 manufacturing facilities

Pros:

Very easy to pick up and learn yourself. I am not very good on systems but this one is straight forward

Cons:

I think work horse should have a bank of user specific video's and standard routines so it is easy for new users to see what they need to do in a transaction

Comments: Great people and company to work with, we have never regretted the time and investment in the software.

Pros:

Allowed us to move from a spreadsheet to a system that allows a clear workflow within our business. The team make adaptations when we need it and its affordable for a small business.

Cons:

There are limitations to its features so sometimes we can't make the changes we may need.

Everything that was promised

Comments: Our experience with workhorse has been everything that was promised to us after our initial meeting with [sensitive content hidden].
We were assigned [sensitive content hidden] for our implementation. [sensitive content hidden] has been with us every step of the way, she made the whole experience of changing over to a new system less daunting. The support given has been excellent, from a business perspective and personally I can not recommend workhorse highly enough.

Pros:

Workhorse is a very easy system to use. It works to our companies needs and integrates well with xero and shopify. All users have picked the system up with ease.

Cons:

If I am honest, I can't answer this as I am yet to discover.

Workhorse is the new Sage 50!

Pros:

Personally the best part for us as a niche trophy & awards retailer is the fact that we can adapt/add/amend reports/user functionality as/when required. Our business is constantly changing; adding personalisation options being a major part & the Workhorse dev team have always been very helpful with our requests to add functionality.

Cons:

They've moved to a "per user" subscription, which I completely understand the business logic in doing so; but it was one of the main reason why we moved away from Sage 50.

Pros:

Flexibility. We have tailored the software to meet our requirements with various additional modules built by their team to our brief.

Cons:

The process of development can take a while as we only correspond via email, which can be a bit slow.

An impressive support tool!

Comments: I have been really impressed with the entire process and the support from the entire Workhorse team as the project we are using Workhorse for developed.

Pros:

The flexibility and adaptability of the system. This coupled with accuracy makes it a first rate tool.

Cons:

I don't dislike the product and as long as thinking time up front is in place then the system delivers.

Excellent team and couldn't live without our CRM

Comments: Excellent. Always quick to respond and very personable

Pros:

It's customisable so has been built around my business needs. I especially like the invoice and KPI so I can track the companies performance and compare month on month.

Cons:

I need to give more feedback about the diary section on my CRM, and have a few adjustments made to display more information. But it has been built how I advised so least liked shouldn't be a criticism
