Nothing changed, its still very bad at most things and OK at some things. > > **Cons**: The support is horrendous, they may up answers, a solution that should take 10 minutes is an all day event and it is very unusual for them to solve anything. The only thing support seems to do well at is to point you to explanations of things but if there is a functional issue, the blame you, pretend like its not an issue or just stall for hours. It got to the point of me stopping to ask for a solution, maybe that was the goal in the end. Simple stuff like email setups, campaigns not triggering or IDX not working appropriately. > > 9 out of 10 times it is a very poor experience.
