> **Pros**: Integration with our CRM system was the USP which didn't work for first year but then it works perfectly.

> **Cons**: No access to the portal due to complexity, no reports, invoices can change any time without any clarification

> We have been using Yotelecom for a few years. It was fine to start with but when it came to end of contract, they sent sales guy who basically promised better service, more features for same monthly cost. Now the invoices are going up for no reason. Their accounts guys are not interested in knowing anything, they just chase invoices, that's it.I am taking this time to warn others not to fall in a trap with Yotel. They will make you sign long contract, they are simply interested in money.There are lots of good and honest firms out there.
