Which means we can instil the idea of using strong secure passwords and recording them in a safe and encrypted location outside of work. Which I think is important, if people are away of the best practices in personal life they will bring that mindset to the workplace. > > **Cons**: The only downside I have for 1Password was the complicated setup for user-provisioning with Microsoft Entra. Although it's not technically too challenging when you use tools like terraform or similar, but I haven't come across a platform before that needs additional infrastructure setup like the SCIM bridge in order to do automated user provisioning. > > I have used 1Password personally for about 9 years, and have rolled out 1Password for business at my last 5 employers over the last 7 years.
