> **Pros**: I like the access to higher ups that it gives operators, the communication tools really help to paint a picture the what's right/wrong and why. Having the ability to do this and take experiences from employees at all levels is the best the best problem solving tool.

> **Cons**: It can be quite clunky. You have your tablet, webadmin, analytics and RZ logger, sometime it feels like your juggling between ipads and desktops. &#10;&#10;The RZ launch teams appear to have more work then they can handle. This can, and does come across like some of them really don't have the time for you.&#10;This being said there are moments when the teams can't do enough for you.

> Overall my experience with QAD Redzone has been very good. Lot's learnt so far, 6 sites launched in 6 months and so much more to lean over the next 6.

> **Cons**: The slight gap (roughly 6 weeks) between initial training and Quality Compliance training I don't feel was necessary - the modules are so easy to learn I think everyone could have done it from the beginning

> Very positive: so pleased with the level of training and attention from the Redzone team, and thrilled with how different the day to day is from an operational point of view- the ability to capture issues via video and picture and send them to the relevant support or even save them with a solution for future operators is a game changer.&#10;Love that feedback can be given straight away to recognise the team, makes everyone feel valued.

> **Pros**: i like redzone because it allows us to see live data, everything single minute of downtime is accounted and we can easily assigned the downtime reason. As operations manager, we can easily see line status on my ipad.

> before Redzone, when team leaders have problems on their downtime they would have difficult to explain, after using redzone all the line information is easily accessible and managers can help to plan the shift accordingly.&#10;&#10;Redzone has helped us to see where we are throughtout our production run and we can make better decisions based on the data.
