> **Pros**: I like you can search using mac-address or ip details.  It gives gives you full information on connection, vlan, location.

> **Cons**: It logs you out all the time, the dashboard can be quite confusing, if you are looking for a quick location on a device.

> **Cons**: Honestly - nothing.  Support is incredibly responsive - new software updates with free new features - and does everything we wanted, plus more as time keeps going with updates.

> Onboarding was top notch - biweekly meetings to discuss issues, get help, stay on top of things.  Constant releases of new features and awesome helpful technology that just works.
