> **Pros**: I decided to go with Telnyx as there is a configuration profile set up in Unifi Talk for the service so the set up was really easy. They were very responsive when requesting new inbound numbers for my region (as they weren't available initially) and I got really good, memorable numbers.&#10;&#10;The value is really good and I'll save money compared to my previous provider.

> **Cons**: I had an issue with one of the inbound numbers which took a while to resolve. Customer service were initially slow but once the problem was identified I got daily updates until it was resolved.

> Very good experience overall despite some teething issues with customer service, so some improvements can be made. Very impressed with the range of services although I am just using SIP trunking at the moment.

The infrastructure is rock-solid for high-volume voice applications — I run a 24/7 service with thousands of users and Telnyx handles it reliably. Pricing is transparent and competitive. Documentation is detailed enough for developers who need to dive deep into SIP configurations.

> **Cons**: Some advanced settings (like session timer behavior) aren't immediately obvious in the portal and required support assistance to diagnose. It would be helpful to have more self-service diagnostic tools or clearer documentation around edge cases with Asterisk/FreeSWITCH interoperability. That said, support always came through when needed.

> Overall, once I got Telnyx set up it has been pretty set-and-forget - and with far higher quality and lower price than my previous provider. The initial setup did take some time though...
