A Big Contributor to Rising Follows & Engagement

Comments: We are very pleased and blown away with the difference that GaggleAMP has made for our increase in LinkedIn followers and overall engagement rate! We would have missed out on so much had we not tapped into the networks of the very people that work within our organizations.

Pros:

It serves as a great hotline for our employees to know about the latest and greatest content at our company. And encourages them to share what they otherwise may have looked past before.

Cons:

I wish there was a little more room for custom activities (offline tasks) as well as manual point adjustment to award for said offline activities/rewards, such as in-person events and special gifts for birthdays and such.

Exceeding Expectations

Comments: Our audience reach is outstanding. It is fun to tell our headquarters that we use a simple program that expands further than all our corporate social media accounts combined. It is also great to hear other colleagues from different parts of the world raving about certain individuals who are constantly posting on accounts such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Little do they know that those users are taking 30 seconds per week to schedule those posts. Our users look like heroes in the eyes of our customers.

Pros:

GaggleAMP is easy to use, grabs the attention of customers and consumers we could never reach even through paid advertisements, and makes our users stand out above the competition. All the statistics are easy to access and there are so many options from which to choose. After searching around for competitors of the program we realized even if there was one, it would not compare to that of GaggleAMP. The team at GaggleAMP is always willing to assist and reach out to help expand our platform. GaggleAMP and its team is truly unique and outstanding.

Cons:

The most difficult part of GaggleAMP is explaining the program in an elevator speech. It's difficult to make a sales pitch on it in 20-30 seconds. If I want to grab my colleagues' attentions and get them on board with using the program, then I must give visual representation of the program and truly explain the process. Another "con" is the lack of app for administrators. Because our sales teams are divided by regions and countires, I like to make groups for my GaggleAMP users. This allows the posts to be different and not look like everybody shares the exact same thing. Unfortunately, there is no app for the admin and if I am using my phone, it's difficult to create all 4 posts, with images and links, and share or schedule it on GaggleAMP because I have to use the desktop mode. At first, we believed the price was too high, but for what we receive, it is well worth it!

Pros:

The Auto-Amp feature makes it very easy to amplify our corporate messaging

Cons:

Don't like how we can't get an 'activity' report by member. That's the question I receive the most. As a whole, I wish the reporting dashboard was cleaner w/ more visuals. Also, when manually adding an activity, there are lots of similar options ('Photo' 'Share' 'Retweet' etc.) so it's not clear which option is which. Would recommend cleaning up the dozens of posting options there are.

Thanks for your feedback, Evan. I can understand the frustration over which option is which, especially when there are more than 50 actions you can take on our network. Two things that may help - there is presently a hover over that exists on each activity describing what it does, which can be really helpful for the actions that are similar. Also, I passed your comment on to your customer success manager to show you a feature I think you will like in the upcoming update. It's a 'favorites' feature so that you can elevate the key activities you commonly use. I find it to be helpful when some options are not relevant to my strategy or I use certain actions often. A Solid Social Media Tool with Superior Customer Support

Comments: Overall my experience working with the GaggleAMP team has been great!

Pros:

Lots of pros. GaggleAMP is a go-to social media tool for companies looking to boost employee and channel engagement. The tool itself is fairly easy to use and manage, and there are many different Activity Sharing options available. GaggleAMP offers tag-based reporting, which is super helpful when running campaigns or social engagement contests. Customer and Account Support are superior - very responsive and willing to help when any issues arise. They have a great team!

Cons:

Not many cons. However, when dealing with software, and software updates and changes for that matter, there are bound to be a few minor issues that pop up. My only qualm with the Gaggle is the interface could stand to be made more intuitive in certain areas. Customizable (and croppable) images in the Manager's View would be a good improvement, and it would be cool to be able to see what the actual post would look like before sharing with your employees. Also, the amount of time it takes for a submitted activity to hit peoples' inboxes can vary at times (from a few minutes to a couple hours sometimes).

A great solution to amplify content

Comments: Overall a great experience, our sales rep was great to work with - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] - he set us up with a trial and really helped us make it successful so we could prove the value to our executive team. I've worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] when I used the product at a previous company, he is very knowledgeable about the product, and consultative in his sales approach, which is so appreciated. Using the product overall is great. We are being more cautious about marketing spend amid COVID, so this tool has really helped us amplify the content and research our team is producing at a low cost when compared to things like paid ads, PPC, etc.

Pros:

- Helps us leverage employee networks to amplify our content / research. With the social landscape being so crowded in B2B tech space, this is incredibly important to expand our reach. - Reporting and ability to see the ROI on impressions / CPC at a glance is really helpful. This is great to share with execs who want to make sure technology is being used and paying for itself. - It is really easy to use, very intuitive, almost no training needed for admins or users - LOVE the Slack integration. Makes it so much easier to stay on top of challenges. - Leaderboard helps incentivize our competitive team... the ability to layer on actual prize incentives is great, something we will do overtime. Right now we are just using for bragging rights and it already works.

Cons:

- With social network APIs getting tighter on what you can do through integrations ... there are some limitations, i.e. you have to actually go to FB to like / share content, for LinkedIn, users actually have to type in their own post when sharing, which is good in that we have more authenticity in posts, but does make it a little more challenging to get our employees to share content.
