Comments: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC

Most user friendly Remote Access software

Comments: If I would have to summarize the overall experience of using RemotePC in one word, it would be 'FANTASTIC'.

Pros:

I had been struggling to manage my remote sever using the free remote access services for a couple of years now. I read about RemotePC in reddit and i decided to give it a try. I fell in love within the first couple of minutes.

Cons:

Sometimes the text in the websites gets blurry while scrolling. But that happens very rarely.

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Comments: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

Pros:

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Cons:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Pros:

RemotePC is an amazing product that keeps me connected no matter where I am. When I travel, I almost always need a file or folder I did not bring with me. RemotePC allows me to easily and accurately access my desktop at home from wherever I am. I am never left without the files I need because they are only a few clicks away through RemotePC. If you travel for work, this product is a must-have to make you efficient and productive.

Cons:

There is nothing about RemotePC I do not like. As long as I have wifi, I can access my desktop at home from my laptop when I am away. I even used RemotePC when I was in Africa to access my desktop in Texas.

I used RealVNC before and now that they are getting rid of their free version I decided to try other options. RemoteVNC is less expensive than RealVNC, and I think RemoteVNC has a better user interface when it comes to multiple monitors.

Very positive experience with RemotePC

Pros:

There are a few things I really like about RemotePC. First, it is highly functional for the work we do. I have an employee overseas who is able to remote into a work computer in my office and only on very rare occasions does she have any issues with lag or glitching. Secondly, this product is very fairly priced compared to the competition. Very happy overall.

Cons:

So far, I haven't experience any issues that would cause me to write a negative review. Everything is positive at this point.

I manage multiple PC's and I needed something more robust than windows desktop. RemotePC was easy to set up and easy to manage remote pc's even with reboots.

Outstanding product - Do NOT overlook because of low cost

Comments: Outstanding, use every day and not had a single issue.

Pros:

Very simple product to download and install. Simple setup, easy to add administrators, extremely fast, and remote full duplex printing without any additional setup. What a refreshing experience. After struggling and accepting the high price lousy support of Teamviewer this is an excellent product. At this point the only thing I cannot comment on is support, as I have not needed them for anything all done alone.

Comments: Great low price for an simuler program as competitors, easy to use and install

RemotePC - Perfect for small organisation's network access

Comments: The app was straightforward to download and install, and I was able to connect to the office network from my home PC (and iPhone) in a few minutes. The price is very attractive for (say) 10 PCs - beats Teamviewer hands down. It works very well on Windows PCs. The only snag I found is how to install RemotePC on a networked Linux machine running Debian9 - the instructions are incomplete and I couldn't make it work.

Comments: So far I am loving it. Makes working from home easier and connecting to my work computer.

Pros:

It's so easy to download and set up. So much better than other programs I've tried like Google Desktop and Team Viewer. From the get-go, I only had to follow a few steps to get it set up on both of my PCs and done. Seriously so easy!!

Cons:

I have only used Remote Desktop for about a week or so. The only con I can say so far is the menu/options that sit at the top of the screen. I don't like that you can't move that to a different part of the screen. It always stays at the top. This would be a good update down the road in my book.

Comments: Signed up so I can organise some files at home whilst at work, product works as advertised, step by step sign up was pretty accurate which made it simple. Their website seems to have a help guide and screenshot for literally everything and pricing is reasonable, even after my discounted first year ends I will probably stay signed up as it's quite useful.

Pros:

The decent 7 day trial period without having to muck around entering credit card details like every other free trial.

Cons:

Only downsides I have noticed was that pricing was listed in USD and I couldn't seem to change that to show in my local currency. There was a slight lag operating my PC remotely however I was also trying to upload several thousand files from an external HDD to my Mac from another PC located nearly 70km away so the fact it works at all is great.

Excellence in remote control

Comments: I had the need to support a series of devices, with private IPs that accessed the network through LTE routers with private addressing, so alternatives that use NAT were not suitable for me. I tried RemotePC and it was brilliant, fast and efficient control of all equipment, for a very moderate price

Pros:

The simplicity of use, and the possibility of installation by users with little knowledge and the number of alternatives and prices

Cons:

To this day I have not yet found any cons, so far I have found in this software what I was looking for

Reasons we use remotepc daily

Pros:

I like that no outside ports need to be opened in a firewall for it to work plus one screen showing all of the systems online or being accessed.

Cons:

The administrator, person paying for the account, should be the administrator for ALL systems on the account and be able to see all without other users sharing access.

RemotePC - Powerful and Super Secure

Pros:

We save resources thanks to RemotePC making remote access and control easy. I like the security features too.

Cons:

No bad experiences yet. RemotePC meets expectations.
