> **Pros**: Our company used appbot especially to get user reviews for our monthly reporting. The UI is pretty easy to use and straight forward, our customer service team had no issue in using this tool and getting all the required data (once it is configured).

> **Cons**: The initial configuration with Google Play Developer Console was pretty hectic and we already followed the how-to, but it is managed eventually.
