Software is completely not customizable, if u want to record any objective or physical exam findings you must use a physical exam form, not AI. AI program although included not even close to accurate as others available for vets. Reminders typical as other PIms but no remind if never done.and it likes to double remind lab work (CBC/chem gets 2 reminders). No simple test results option, must manually enter (type Felv test negative) > > Disappointed, I should have looked closer. Since very well advertised and has great reviews I thought I was getting the best.
