> **Pros**: The fact that it is very user friendly, our Clients like it as it looks very neat and breaks every aspect of the Inspection down into the necessary categories.
It saves my Agents so much time doing an inspection and the voice dictions are very helpful with big properties where you can add so much details to the Inspections and once back at the office one can compete the Inspection in full detail.

> **Pros**: Imfuna is comprehensive without overcomplicating things with too many options. The recording feature is great and the reports are very proffesional. Side by side comparisons are a standout feature. It was recomended to me by many in the property business.

The organization of photos and notes helps me a lot.
I like how little time it takes to send a complete inspection to the agent and tenant.
I like the set up of spaces and area that are going to be assessed- it's easy to add and include new spaces areas because the app has suggestions.

I would also like to find a way to add written notes quicker when posting a photo. It tKes long going from the recently captured photo to then add a note - yoh have to go back and forth.
It would be nice if the caption button popped up as you have just taken a photo. It would be nice to be able to voice note on the app while there is no SIM card in the iPad - I can only voice note / transcribe when I am connected to a network.

> **Pros**: It is easy to use, the customer service and support is amazing, the functionality of the app is great.  No more walking around with a clipboard and camera. Geotagging, date and time stamping ensures that tenant and landlord are happy and no one can dispute the authenticity of photos taken.  The comparison that is done between in-going and out-going inspections helps determine damages very quickly.
