Features of HubSpot Marketing Hub
Reviews of HubSpot Marketing Hub

Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.
Comments: Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.
Pros:
I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.
Cons:
Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.
Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: It was very complete and it offered a lot of features and possibility for customisation.
The best space to achieve continuous tracking and winning new deals.
Comments: With HubSpot all your updates in one place, boost collaboration and engagement around everything that's driving new deals.
Pros:
HubSpot is easy to use, its amazing dashboards help me seamlessly collaborate and manage my marketing tasks. HubSpot keeps everything in one place, clear and easy to track. I love how it seamlessly connects email, calendar, keeping my team and I on the same page at all times. I love how HubSpot captures every detail from the source and provides very detailed data that helps me reach better targeting. The live analytics let me instantly adjust campaigns and see results improve immediately. I love how I can pull up reports that show everything about the opportunities our team is working on.
Cons:
HubSpot has everything we need, simplifies tasks without complications. Incorporating some charts can help us understand the current situation faster.
Not sure why they have such great reviews
Comments: Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.
Pros:
It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.
Cons:
Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.
Easy and simple but can be expensive as you add features
Comments: HubSpots' interface is simple and intuitive. The ease of use is the reason we went with HubSpot. The integration with 3rd party plug-ins, such as Zoominfo, is simple to setup and rarely goes down.
Pros:
I like the ease of use in creating emails, web forms and landing pages. The reporting that and seamless integration with building and adding contacts works perfectly.
Cons:
I use the regular Marketing hub if you want to upgrade to the professional version it comes at a steep cost. HubSpot in general nickle and dimes you on a lot of their services.
A One-Stop Shop for Streamlined Marketing
Comments: Overall, I’m happy with HubSpot Marketing Hub because it helped me and my freelancers stay organized and run campaigns more smoothly. We saved a lot of time having everything (email, social, automation, analytics) under one roof instead of juggling separate tools. Even though there’s a bit of a learning curve and you have to watch the costs, it’s a solid solution if you want a platform that grows with your company and keeps all your marketing efforts in sync.
Pros:
I really enjoy how HubSpot Marketing Hub ties so many marketing tasks together. The email builder is easy to use, and you can automate campaigns without jumping between different tools. It’s also nice having a clear view of how leads move through the funnel, and the reporting is detailed enough for me to spot trends and make quick decisions. On top of that, the support materials (like tutorials and guides) were helpful for getting our team up to speed.
Cons:
Pricing can become a challenge as you grow. Once you need more contacts or add-ons, the monthly cost can jump quickly. Another thing is the learning curve—while most features are intuitive, it can still feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if your team hasn’t used an all-in-one platform before. We spent extra time watching tutorials to really get comfortable with advanced features like workflow automation and detailed reporting.
