Pros:

Code Two is a powerful tool for managing autoresponders and email signatures. Changes and administration can be implemented very quickly. The recently added option for users to manage certain elements themselves is also a great achievement.

Cons:

Nothing, it meets all my requirements...

Comments: My overall experience with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is just awesome. With this solution all mails leaving our organisation do have the same layout which is easy to put together and also using the access management function is not complicated for us to add users to the rules so they can manage the everything without the support of the IT team.
Its a great software and the best thing is there is always some new functions to expect.
The support is also very helpful and fast in replying to enquiries.

Pros:

The solution is easy to manage and the features are fantastic. Setting up the software was very easy. There are also many videos and tutorials that are very helpful. Another important point is the support team behind this product. They respond very quickly and also know exactly how to help because they know very well how their software works. The access rights management is just awesome and helps us to manage the users in the solution properly without any hassle. I would not want to miss this great software anymore!

Cons:

Not much. The only thing that was missing was the Email Signature Rules Tester feature but that has been implemented in the solution. The most important thing is that the solution is the best in its field.

Overall, the plugin/program works very well. The initial setup is super easy and well-documented. The customization capabilities are the best I've seen in this product range.

Cons:

There isn't really anything I dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. If I have to mention something, it would be that the links on the support pages always open in a new tab. But if this is the only 'negative' I can come up with, it just goes to show how great the product is overall.

Simply superb

Comments: From the moment I signed up, everything just works. You're stepped through everything you need to know and do in-app, with thorough explanations of what it's doing and why. I didn't need to search for any additional documentation or seek any assistance, it just made sense and within a matter of minutes, I was designing my signature and sending email with a consistent and professional signature. Overall, I have been pleased, there I say impressed, with CodeTwo and would have no problem recommending them for your business.

Pros:

CodeTwo does what they set out to do, and they do it well. From sign up through to automated signatures across my company's Microsoft 365, it all just works, and it works great.

Cons:

I really don't have anything negative to say, my experience has been superb.

Reasons for Switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365: I trialled Exclaimer, and while I was still deciding if the product was a fit for my business, I received countless emails badgering me about my trial, and ultimately the product seems focussed on expanding a wide net of features without a focus on the core product, where all I want is to automate my outgoing email signatures, and so I put up with manual signatures for the past months until I came across CodeTwo by chance.

Excellent Alternative for Company Wide Signatures

Comments: Overall experience has been amazing, the setup was nice and simple and even making some little touch-ups with the html signature I used was a breeze!
[sensitive content hidden] has been extremely helpful and kind throughout the setup. I would highly recommend to any company that's wanting a professional good looking signature without having to create a signature for each user. Plus the signature's showing in a reply or forward is an amazing feature!

Pros:

The setup was really straight forward and [sensitive content hidden] helped me out with some small little issues. I thought the whole setup on the tenant would be a bit confusing but after a couple of clicks CodeTwo does it all automatically which is a massive pro.

Cons:

Who said I had a con to disclose? ;) I've had no bad experiences with CodeTwo at all. The only thing I would say I've noticed but not too worried about is now opening a email from someone that uses CodeTwo takes a bit longer but its not that noticable.

Reasons for Switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365: I went with CodeTwo because the setup process looked easier then exclaimer, as well as CodeTwo coming with a lot more features.

Easy-to-use automatic email signatures

Comments: Overall our company is comfortable using codetwo for automatic email signatures.
It's easy to use in cloud and finally we can scope our other company locations centrally by access rights of dedicated groups.

Pros:

I like the easy way of creating your own templates for custom email signatures.

Cons:

An announced feature took very long to get implementated.

CodeTwo - Easy Way to manage your Signatures

Comments: Overall Experience is great, good tool, easy handling and fast and excellent support.

Pros:

The Part of CodeTwo i really like most is the simple way to setup everything. It is easy to setup, easy to use and manage. When designing the Signatures there a plenty of presets to choose from. And talking about the Support, if you encounter a problem, just mail the support, every contact so far was helpfull and fast.

Cons:

Actually Nothing, everything ist really working fine!

Comments: It is a really solid product with great, helpful support.
What we really like are the several features.
It really stands to its promises to be a rock solid solution for centralized signature management.

it is very easy to use. The setup is friendly, convenient and guides you through all necessary steps. It is feature rich.

no server side debugging features on CodeTwo-Servers where I can view the exact data that is cached on their servers

Centralised app is sometimes not loading on new workstation, however this is apparently related to Microsoft updates.

Pros:

The templates are easy to use and personalize. CodeTwo connects directly with the Office 365 admin account, it is easy to deploy and it is intagrated into Outlook.

Cons:

The alignment of the logo on the signature preview is different from the actual alignment in Outlook.

Best Email Signature Tool for Microsoft 365

Comments: Fantastic product, great features, the best email signature tool for Microsoft 365 tenants and Outlook apps. I have only ever had to call customer service twice, and both times they were fast to answer, very friendly and helpful, very technical in their knowledge, and were able to solve all issues with me almost instantly. Great product, great customer service.

Pros:

CodeTwo is relatively easy to set up for a Microsoft 365 administrator like myself. I have had no hesitation in implementing CodeTwo for all email signatures for every client and organisation I have worked with or set up a Microsoft 365 tenant for. Simple to set up, intuitive process, and with a bit of HTML knowledge you can craft some beautiful designs with rules for each user, recipient, keyword, or even shared mailboxes and delegated mailboxes. All of those features make for a very powerful email signature tool. The ability to choose between client-side, server-side, or "combo" is also incredible.

Cons:

The only con I have found is every minute or so, the interface will freeze and show a temporary "disconnected" loading screen. This only displays for a couple of seconds before disappearing, but can slow you down when you want to make changes quickly or are playing with signature designs.

Comments: We are an IT outsourcing company. For many years, we have deployed CodeTwo with our clients and also use it ourselves - both in an on-premise environment and in combination with Exchange online. We have not experienced any problems, everything works as it should. The clients are satisfied, we have no negative feedback."

Pros:

Perfect functionality, ease of use, acceptable pricing, good support.

Cons:

Sometimes it is not quite easy to create a signature design in the built-in editor.

My CodeTwo Signature 365 experience

Pros:

- I moved from on-prem server services to O365 and the transition is very easy - trial period is very forgiving, I requested for extension twice - configuration is very straight forward - signature design, coding is an advantage but not required - I called support a couple of times, and they resolve my issue on the spot - compliant with GDPR, U.S. state data privacy laws, HIPAA and PCI

So far I don't have anything that I don't like.

Codetwo Email Signatures makes it right.

Comments: I enjoy using the software. It helps different customers complete their Signature needs. Licensing based in size makes it affordable for nearly anybody.

Pros:

The seemsless integration. The nicely designed and variably usable Email template designer... A lot of things are to mention positively here. I am using this product for different varying clients of different sizes and complexity.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. The software does offer quite a lot and fits all my cases.

Simple & Easy to Deploy

Comments: Easy, simple, relatively cost effective, professional finished product

Love the fact I can design a company email signature and deploy to all our staff using Azure, thus not having to individually create for each staff member

Would like the ability to take my existing signature details and give some alternative templates to use, rather than having to start from scratch - this may be available, but I haven't seen it Would also like the ability for the software to auto-size the photos as per Azure ie we uploaded square photos and in azure it shows them as round, but had to manually create them as round in CodeTwo

Comments: So far, very good experience and was easy to implement. Very intuitive and the interface is clean and easy to understand. The communication with CodeTwo is also very responsive, friendly and informative.

Comments: Very well working mail signature tool. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a carefree-package!

Easy setup and operation of the signature management tool. At a very reasonable price.

Cons:

If there is something to mention, it is the fact that licenses can only be purchased with a tax-id. If the ordering body doesn‘t own a tax-id , it is very difficult to get through the ordering process.

Wow, Super Impressed!

Comments: Prior to using the CodeTwo product, we had a literal mish-mash of email signatures with no control over the signatures and office staff was not sticking with a pre-determined template we'd created. CodeTwo eliminates those challenges entired.y

Pros:

The CodeTwo signatures are the most dynamic with the direct Microsoft 365 integration. Also, we believe, the easiest to use of any email signature options we've tested. We only tested CodeTwo for a few days before making the easy decision to decide this was the best platform for our firm.

Cons:

So far love it! Can't say anything as far as a negative aspect.

CodeTwo finally streamlined our signatures

Comments: We have been searching for a long time for a tool that could streamline our signatures across the organization and our various brands underneath. We needed a tool where we could style our signatures the way we wanted and use it at various platforms. The setup process was quite easy, the design is straight forward (despite some limitations in what you can do) and the deployment was done in a short while.

Pros:

You can easily differentiate the signatures for various units and brands as the rules allow you to do almost everything. Once you get used to having it server-side, you never again have to worry about adding a signature to your e-mail.

Cons:

Currently the integration to Salesforce is based on IP's that can and will change over the year, that is not ideal as it would result in downtime once they change.

Great signature product

Comments: Very good. Code Two made it very easy to get things up and running.

None. Everything worked first time and the help guides took you through everything you needed to know step by step.
