> **Pros**: - Easier to monitor what have/have not been completed and reviewed
- Options to group multiple accounts in one rec

> **Cons**: - the "excel" template was very difficult to use. Hard to put in formula or even copy paste into values (values in particular format can be picked up in recwise)
- unable to build any working schedules in rec templates so that balance figures can be linked to
- majority of recs still have to be maintained in external excel and perform extra work to attach into RecWise
> 
> Overall, it is only a tool to track completeness of reconciliations, however, it is extremely difficult to maintain any support with large data and calculations in the tool.

> **Pros**: The RecWise software application is a great tool for account reconciliation. Besides, this helps my team to identify any issue on the aged items while performing reconciliation. Also, the reviewer has high visibility on the reconciliation done by preparer and able to input comments accordingly. Preparer can then action on the commentaries provided. Best of all is that everything is recorded in the application which ease audit review/testing with auditors as auditor access can be granted to auditors for them to perform their review or testing.

> **Cons**: At the moment, I did encounter some application slowness when uploading larger size attachment - greater than 40 MB as it took a long time for upload to complete. (approx. 30mins). Hopefully, developer can relook into this issue.
> 
> Overall, RecWise is a great tool for account reconciliation as it is user friendly and also great avenue for audit support. Besides, both preparer and reviewer can pick up issues while performing reconciliation and get them resolve in a timely manner so that the item will not be picked up as reconciling item in the following period.

> **Cons**: I find the excel "face" of the actual reconciliation still clunky and not easy to use. I.e. adding new rows and retaining formatting. Would be great if you could highlight a couple of amounts and it showed the total in the screen

> Overall I enjoy the product. It is easy to use and train new users. Easy to manage and the dashboard helps to review the overall status of monthly reconciliations.
