> **Pros**: The support that is given by the team is second to none.  They are always on hand to answer questions, give options and help to resolve any issues.  The flexible approach is also valuable in that there are options for full modules, fast track (assess first) and short compliance bite videos

> **Cons**: It would be good to have some variety of approach for the modules with a particular focus on neurodivergent colleagues.  It would be good to have some video content in the fuller modules to mix up the delivery as it is quite formulaic
