They froze my business account without any explanation or warning. Since then, I’ve received zero clarity about why this happened, despite numerous attempts to contact them. They simply told me to “be patient and wait” while me and my business suffers. This is not just happening to me. It’s clear that SumUp Bank has done this to hundreds of other people, based on my research and reports I’ve seen online. They freeze accounts without warning, offer no explanation, and leave people struggling without access to their own money. This behavior is disgusting and disgraceful. I am unable to pay suppliers, buy materials, or run my business. The harm done to my reputation and the financial loss is devastating, and SumUp Bank’s refusal to provide any assistance is appalling. They are a completely unreliable and untrustworthy company. If you’re a business owner, stay far away from SumUp Bank. They clearly do not care about their customers, and they are unfit to handle your finances.
