From first meeting the team at husky and watching the demonstration of the system, I knew we had found the solution that would leave behind endless amounts of paperwork we used to creat estimates,invoices, job sheets and delivery schedules.
Any problem I brought to the teams attention they quickly found a way to solve the issue.
Having all our processes digital really does make finding and tracking information so simple.
My favorite feature is now being able to search all customers past, present and future jobs within seconds.
Pros:
Finding a solution to so much paperwork that would often go missing.
Cons:
Yet to find any cons on the husky system.

Comments: We were on the lookout for a software product to automate our processes, our daily operations are extremely busy, and we knew if we could find a solution to help save time and improve efficiency, it would be of huge benefit to us as a business. Since implementing Husky, we have been able to add our customer base to the system and plan in jobs for our workforce. The Schedule board gives us complete visibility of our daily, weekly and monthly jobs, on top of this we can use the colour-coordinated statuses which show exactly where each job is up to.
Pros:
The excellent schedule board with the ability to drag and drop jobs to operatives offers complete visibility for our workforce. From there operatives can view and edit their jobs and provide real time feedback to the office staff.
Cons:
Sometimes the filters don't work properly but a page refresh normally sorts the problem

Husky is straight forward to use, and has made a massive difference to our business in our day-to-day tasks of scheduling our installations.
Cons:
Sometimes the filters don't work correctly. It also has the occasional crash, so can become time consuming if having to wait.

Comments: I would highly recommend anyone to use this software, over 8 years i have looked at other systems but nothing is close to this.
Pros:
i have used husky for over 8 years, i have found it to be the most effective tool to manage day to day work loads without having to worry about what our staff are doing, it allows us to focus on the real job rather than worry about what might have happened. I have used this in 2 companies and recently implemented in to my new company .

Comments: Netdispatcher is your answer to a bespoke service management platform. We manage over 100 staff using Netdispatcher. All our leads,orders, jobs sit nicely on the built in CRM. From there we schedule with drag and drop. The team at ND listen to all our requirements and provide a real time link with our staff in the field. We then automate our payroll and invoicing with a link to Sage . No more paper timesheets!
Pros:
The flexibility to build your own platform and grow your system as ideas come to you on how to save more time.
Cons:
Standard fields can't be deleted in forms, this looks to be sorted in the new Version 3.
