Poor support. Constant upselling more of their products > > This company (Kaseya) have bought many different solutions and turned them into add-ons. The primary solution for five engineers is over £400 per month. When we complained about the system not working as described, they suggested we pay another £2000 per month for Kaseya 365. Our complaint was dealt with by the sales department, which quoted completely inaccurate pricing. I was stupid enough to sign up for 3 years due to large discounts over a 12 month contract. I am now arguing with them to get out of the contract but their contracts are written for them not the Client. Our lawyers have said "While the Agreement is a little confused and unclear in places, the contract is valid". We are an MSP, so we rely on the platform for keeping device configs, passwords, user docuemtnation, company SOPs etc for each and every client. Its really easy to find everything, update and share.
