"Easy way to pay invoices online"

In overall terms, as a recipient of invoices I think its very efficient so for a small business owner, I can see its a great way to automate invoicing and send chaser reminders, rather than trying to manage everything manually.
Pros:
Invoice I received was easy to pay by credit / debit card online
Cons:
If I pass to our finance team, I get chaser reminders even though payment is part of our next payment run. Replying to the email seems to go into a black hole.

Overall a pleasant experience using Quickbooks with simple tools to help me effectively manage my entire business' finances.
Pros:
Quickbooks is an easy to use, self-accounting platform. I particularly like the simplicity of reporting and the sales dashboard.
Cons:
Some parts, particularly in payroll can be confusing to start. This could be made simpler with a simple wizard that guides you through.

Pros:
I like that it comes with a card and instant access to your funds after receiving a payment and that it allows echeck payments.
Cons:
They are so touchy with their security and fraud system and freeze your account for review and is a lengthy process to get it unfrozen.

Very satisfied except for the high processing fees.
Pros:
Customers feel comfortable when they receive an invoice in the QuickBooks format.
Cons:
The credit card processing fees are very high.

Our overall experience has been good. Once we received support with learning how to use some of the features it has been very helpful to organize our financials with this program.
Pros:
I like the features of QuickBooks Money, we can easily keep track of our invoicing, payables and receivables all in one place.
Cons:
There was a bit of a learning challenge from some of the other apps we have used in the past. It was a bit challenging to switch over from other programs we have used but there has been good customer support to help us through.
