Pros:

COMMUNION likes the personal attention to details, given by RingByName. RingByName values the relationship, and has demonstrated this kind of excellence throughout the years.

Cons:

There are improvements the company should adopt and implement, and has not. One example, RingByName Meet should operate seamlessly, regardless of the mobile device used, the browser used, or the amount of bandwidth available.

Not great. Ring Central is likely a better bet!

Comments: Not great. I chose this over Ring Central because of the promise of a small American company who would be easy to work with and responsive to our needs. But it's more expensive, has less functionality, and no solutions are provided when concerns are brought up. I'm torn between going back to Ring Central and dealing with infrequent calls to the Philipines for support and continuing to support our local business who reps Ring By Name. We just hang on to the hope that Ring By Name starts to deliver on its promises.

Pros:

Sometimes it works well. I am obligated to have 40 characters for this form to be "valid."

Cons:

We've been complaining about a simple issue for 12 months and no one has made a true effort to correct it. We were told this was a small company, responsive to customer requests. Not a single request made a year ago has seen the light of day. All three of our phones ring when a patient calls. Once the call is answered, the phone continues to ring on the other two phones until it is picked up and hung up. This was brought to your attention the first week we began service. It has been brought up multiple times since. Nothing has been done. In fact, [sensitive content hidden] just wrote us a note saying the issue cannot be duplicated, so the issue has been resolved. Here's the problem ... I have no idea who [sensitive content hidden] is. He's never sat here to listen to the ringing. 75% of my patients can tell you about the continued ringning. And subsequently, 75% of my patients know that Ring By Name is substandard when it comes to customer service and responding to customer concerns.

Great Experience with RingByName!

Pros:

We’ve gone through a few changes to our setup recently, and we’re extremely thankful to the RingByName team for their support throughout the process, especially [sensitive content hidden]. The responsiveness and attention to detail have made things run smoothly, and we really appreciate the team's dedication.

Cons:

Overall, the service has been great, but at times it can be a bit challenging to coordinate between our local technician and the RingByName team. Everyone is very helpful, but better synchronization between both sides would make the process even smoother.

Pros:

I like that others don't have my personal phone number to contact me when I'm not in the office. In the app I can chose to show if I'm in the office or out of the office. This allows phone calls to come through or not.

Cons:

I can't think of any thing I don't like about it.

Comments: It's been a very positive experience. I appreciate getting email alerts for voicemails when I am away and also texts for emergency calls.

Pros:

This system allows us to keep up on important calls, tasks and emails, even when we are out of the office.

Cons:

Not really a negative, but it has more features than I can figure out.

Good, but can't chose extensions

When Changes are made service is interrupted without notice .There is no follow-up beside a email that is sent after service is interrupted about changes the company know prior of whoever there's A fee increase theirs always so much confusion.

Comments: Overall great product and even greater customer service. I have dealt directly with [sensitive content hidden] several times and they have been nothing but professional, helpful going above and beyond every single time!

Pros:

The system is solid little to none downtime so far.

Cons:

I can recall an issue with their chrome extension however after taking the issue to customer service it got solved within 2 - 3 days

New Customer

Comments: Initially implementation and contracting were difficult. The contracted services details were not fully explained, although how my entire operation was set up was fully explained. To date, i still have outstanding items, although i am fully ported. The VoIP service seems fine. it is the functionality i losdt on each of my phones that will need to be reprogrammed. I am not certain if this is done by me on each phone or if the software can do it. I am investigating this as we speak. I need to reiterate that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is Awesome and seems to be going above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. He really needs to be recognized. I will be checking in to see if he was.

Pros:

RBN has been an excellent implementation partner with reasonable costs associated. The tech support/ implementation experts were awesome. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was the primary contact. The guy is a SUPERSTAR@!!!! He was knowledgeable, patient, solutions based, great communicator, able to seek resources when challenges occurred and most importantly, set clear expectations and delivered on every expectation. He also, as part of that, kept in constant communication; allowing me to not have to call in or chase anyone for assistance or details.

Cons:

So far, I need to learn more about the app and the ancillary app for cell phone usage. I also need to reprogram the features on my phone, not to my knowledge able to be performed via the admin dashboard.
